How to obtain a Meter Reading for the KM-1650/KM-2050/KM-2550

These models use an electronic counter to record the meter readings.
This can be read off the LCD display or printed out in a report.

Use the following steps to view the electronic meter reading or print out the report.
STEP 1 Press the System Menu / Counter key on the Operator Panel
(top left hand side).

The System Menu will appear on the LCD display.

 
STEP 2 Press the DOWN ARROW key on the keypad and highlight  the COUNTER CHECK menu option.

Press the ENTER key to select the option.

 
STEP 3
PRINT		 To PRINT the Counter Report press the DOWN ARROW key on the keypad and highlight the OUTPUT COUNT menu option or press the number 4 key.

Press the ENTER key to output the report.

 
STEP 3
VIEW		 To VIEW the Counters press the DOWN ARROW key on the keypad and highlight OUTPUT COUNT menu option or press the
number 2 key. Press the ENTER key to view the counts.

Use the UP and DOWN ARROW keys to display the COPY, PRINTER and FAX counters.

You need to add these values together to get your Meter Reading (Total Count).

 

 
STEP 4 Press the STOP/CLEAR button or press the number 1 key to highlight the END menu option.
Press the ENTER key to return to the SYSTEM MENU (step 1).
STEP 5 Use the UP ARROW key to highlight the END menu option and press the ENTER key to return to normal COPY mode.
