How to obtain a Meter Reading for KM-1530 / KM-2030
The KM-1530 and KM-2030 copiers use a mechanical counter located on the right hand side of the machine just above and forward of the Power Switch.

Your meter reading is taken directly from this counter.

The KM-2030 can also produce a Counter Report providing information on the number pages printed and the average toner density. To print out this report please follow the steps below;

STEP 1

Press the * / Language key on the Operator Panel. The indicator light above the Language key should illuminate

The management mode selection screen will appear on the LCD display.

 

STEP 2 Press the DOWN ARROW key under the LCD Panel and select MACHINE DEFAULT.
Press the ENTER key to select.

STEP 3 Enter your Management "ID-CODE"
"2000" with the numeric keys

STEP 4 Press the DOWN ARROW key under the LCD Panel and select COUNTER REPORT.
Press the ENTER key to print out the report.

STEP 5 The Toner Counter Report is printed. After printing is finished the display will return to the screen in STEP 1.
Press the * / Language button to return to normal copier operations.
