J.D. Power and Associates ranked Kyocera highest in copier customer satisfaction in the 2005 US Copier Customer Satisfaction StudySM. The study was based on responses from 1,730 US business and technical decision makers at small, medium and large businesses spanning a variety of industries. 16 major brands servicing the US market were included. Respondents were surveyed in the first 18 months of copier ownership.

The J.D. Power and Associates Copier Customer Satisfaction StudySM examines the satisfaction of key decision-makers with their recent document-processing equipment purchase.
