J.D. Power and Associates ranked Kyocera highest in copier customer satisfaction in the 2005 US Copier Customer Satisfaction Study^SM. The study was based on responses from 1,730 US business and technical decision makers at small, medium and large businesses spanning a variety of industries. 16 major brands servicing the US market were included. Respondents were surveyed in the first 18 months of copier ownership.
